Cuvée Patrimony from champagnes Michel Loriot’s Apollonis range is the traditional champagne from the Maison. It is elaborated from 23% Chardonnay and 77% Meunier, sourced from HEV certified (High Environmental Value) vines and located in Festigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley. cuvée Patrimony has been raised to the sound of Beethoven! A Champagne that gives pride of place to Meunier. The nose unveils yellow fruits aromas, with a dominance of apricot. The palate is a true delight, with a lot of fruit, an invigorating power, freshness and long final. The aromas of Meunier for a lively and light champagne, combined to the delicate minerality of Chardonnay, which offers a marvellously fragranced freshness of lemony notes and citrus zest, full of energy. An elegant champagne to be enjoyed for the aperitif or during the meal with a roasted monkfish or a creamy risotto. Don`t wait too much, just 6500 bottles have been produced.
