Chateau de L`Hoste produce an absolutely fantastic Bordeaux Superieur. The 2015 vintage is very round and full. It is predominantly Merlot, which comes through in the style of the wine. It has great integrated flavours and tannins. This wine is big, rich and smooth. It has excellent fruit which is balanced with soft tannins. It has a long and complex aftertaste. This wine is a superb match for all red meats or can just be enjoyed on its own without food. 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
