They harvest at just the right moment to achieve good concentration of tannins and to obtain elegant, well structured wines. This is a brilliant pink wine with slight hints of cherry-red. Its aromas are reminiscent of fruits such as blackberries and raspberries. It is refreshing and balanced on the palate with a medium body, pleasant acidity and persistent fruit flavours.
