This Macon is from the Village of Charnay. Catherine and Didier Tripoz have made a lovely crisp, dry and harmonious Macon. Smooth and elegant but with a freshness and crisp minerality that excites the palate. This wine is great value and really recommended. It has such a wonderful balance of flavours. Just enough chardonnay notes, without being oaky or heavy.
