We offer free next working day delivery to most UK mainland addresses for orders of £125 and above.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may be subject to a surcharge.
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK mainland.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the order carefully to make sure that it is intact and complete. You must inform the courier of any breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless there is a damage report on the courier's documentation. We also recommend you take a photo of the damaged box / contents. Please inform us of breakages or shortages within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 12 noon should be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon should be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon should be delivered the following Tuesday. Delivery times may be affected if there are stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances in which case we will get in touch with you as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please give special instructions if you are likely to be out and request that the delivery company leaves the order with a neighbour or in a porch etc. If the wine is a gift please notify the recipient and let us know their delivery instructions. For any re-deliveries you will be responsible for any additional charges.
If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address specified in the order, they will usually try to deliver to a neighbour. If they are unable to deliver, the courier will retain the products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company are unable to arrange timed deliveries.

Your Right to End The Contract
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Return of Goods / Cancellation
In the event that we deliver an order and you then decide that you would like to return it, you may cancel your order at any time until seven days after the goods are received. You can cancel your order by emailing us using the Contact Us page. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the returns address. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on your returned order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned orders without an RMA number. The goods must arrive back at our warehouse in good resaleable condition unopened, with labels intact and undamaged.
Cancellation will be acknowledged and, upon a refund being agreed, you may then return it within seven working days. We will give you a full refund except for the initial delivery cost, (via the original payment method) as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days and in any event within 30 days. within the next thirty days. You will be responsible for returning the products to us at your own cost.
Goods should be returned to Moor Farm, Sheriff Hutton Road, York, England, YO32 5TX. If you request that we collect the wine, you may be liable for a collection fee (which will be levied off your refund). If you are not able to return the goods yourself then please contact the office and we will advise you of the cost. Should you wish to exchange the wine and this is agreed, you can collect it free of charge from our shop or, if you request your exchange to be delivered, a delivery charge may be incurred.
Our Quality Guarantee
If you receive an order and the wine is out of condition or damaged, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement. All our wines are kept in good condition and are sold on that basis. Wine is subjective with regard to taste and drinkability. We stand behind the exceptional quality of our wines and will gladly offer a replacement if they do not meet expectation. Please contact us by email or phone and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Liability
Our liability is set out in our terms and conditions and under our returns policy. We will not be liable under any circumstances and in all cases will be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the wines. We will not directly or indirectly be liable for any losses or damages including but not exclusive to lost bargain, lost profit, lost reputation nor loss of anticipated savings. With regard to older vintages, fine wines or broking wines we make reasonable efforts to verify the provenance of such wines. However we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of wine in the bottle. Older wines may age and mature in different ways which may not be to all tastes. Older wine bottles or bin end wines may well have some ullage or stained labels which you should familiarise yourself with prior to purchase. These will have been priced accordingly and it is your decision as to whether or not to proceed with the purchase based on the information supplied.
