Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details which we need in order to complete your order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, please call us and we can take your payment over the phone. Alternatively you can do a BACs bank transfer online. If you would like to do this then please contact us for our bank details.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please do get in touch and we will correct the mistake for you.
When you have received confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract has been made between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this condition to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders originating from the UK which are to be sent to a destination within the UK, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer systems. They are not held or sent in in clear text on any computer or web site. When orders are placed over the phone, credit card numbers are not written down but rather entered directly into the credit card terminals.
Guarantee
Please note that we try to maintain our vintages as described in our catalogue but cannot guarantee that the vintage you receive will be the same as described as stock changes rapidly. If you require a specific vintage please telephone and check availability.
