Join us for our first ever Fine Wine Wednesday! It promises to be a most fantastic evening with a stunning selection of wines accompanied by some traditional Yorkshire Fare.

Olivier studied and graduated in English literature, but decided to move to the U.K. to further develop his language skills in 1999.

By chance he started to work with food and wine in various roles, passing a variety of qualifications in the process. He worked in numerous restaurants with D&D London and Hakkasan around the world before finally stepping to the other side and develop some on-trade magic selling skills in his last role as Head of Trade for Oeno.
