Champagne Apollonis Theodorine Rose Brut - Magnum is imported direct from our fantastic House Champagne producer - Champagne Apollonis - a Recoltant Manipulant in the Marne Valley close to Epernay. Most of his Pinot Noir (25% of the blend - 5% still) is being used for this cuvée to provide a good structure and a stronger personality. A higher proportion of Chardonnay (50%) also ensures an aerial minerality, floral and peachy aromas staying forever in the mouth. A great bottle which reminds us why we like Rosé Champagne so much! The colour for Rose Champagne comes from the addition of Still Red Pinot Noir - this adds colour and body....A great Rose Champagne!
