From 100% Scottish Barley 50% Proof this whisky is matured in American oak casks and show a classic unpeated distillery style. A nose of honeyed barley, boiled sweets and orange petals with hints of sea breeze. On the palate red apples and white grapes with sweet cinnamon and brown sugar. A finish of minerals, sea air , toffee and honey. A delight.
