Casa Defra Prosecco Frizzante is a lovely Italian Sparkling Wine. Not too dry and traditionally not too sparkly - just really fresh light and gently sparkling to accompany those warm Summer evenings! Fresh and lively with a slight appley flavour throughout with a clean crisp finish which leaves you asking for a refill... It is a lovely wine in a great package and really good value. Be careful, you need a good corkscrew when opening the unique string cork fastening, but it is well worth the effort.
