Cossetania Cava Brut Reserva is a lovely Cava that has been aged for over 18 Months in the Cellars. Superb fizz - lovely balance of flavours, long and persistent taste. Tingly, fresh and lively whilst expressing a wonderful smoothness and generous full bodied flavour. The bubbles are not overpowering but last and last. A great Cava for all occasions. A real alternative to Prosecco In terms of the production method, the ageing of the Cava adds to the softness of the wine and allows some depth of body and flavour. A new import in 2020 carefully chosen for its quality - but also it`s exceptionally great value.
