From a small Cognac producer who takes the time and effort to produce a delicate and subtle Cognac. This Cognac tastes beautifully mellow and has a fine fruitiness on the nose, a delicate bouquet and just a little tannin on the palate. The VSOP is kept in new oak casks for one Year before moving into old oak for the remaining period - totalling 7-8 Years
