Spirit of Yorkshire Filey Bay Peated Finish was first released in 2021. Batch No. 1 of this special single malt was their fastest selling finished whisky ever and Batch No. 2 won a highly coveted World Whisky Master. Batch No. 3 is soft and subtle, with caramel and coastal notes with a hint of citrus. It is primarily matured in first-fill bourbon casks laid down in the winter of 2018 before a secondary maturation in peated casks. This single malt brings the west coast of Scotland here to the east coast of Yorkshire.
