This wine has multiple complex flavours with notes of nectar, honey and natural sugars that are produced during the winemaking process by adding pure grape spirit to the fermenting grapes. Ages in oak barrels broadens the wine, giving it power and weight through the sweetness. Because this wine is non-vintage, its production is an ongoing process. Only a small amount of wine is taken from the barrels each year, which is then topped up with fresh wine to continue the process. Enjoy it with creamy desserts.
