The wine is fermented using the méthode champenoise, where it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle before aging on its lees for 36 months. The result is a beautiful straw-yellow colour, fine and persistent bubbles, and elegant aromas of ripe fruit and toasted bread. On the palate, it is full bodied and harmonious, with a powerful bouquet and a long, dry and refreshing finish.
