Lovely, typical Beaujolais fruit on the nose with generous flavours of cherry and autumn fruits on the palate. The aftertaste is fantastic, the fruity flavours last and last. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy with poultry, lamb and pork. This wine is perfect for Christmas as it goes really well with Turkey. The wine will improve in bottle for 6-12 months so it is also a great accompaniment to BBQ`s in the Summer. Pierre David has done a wonderful job once again in producing a wonderful fruity open Beaujolais Village, a superb Nouveau, very soft and round for such a young wine.
