Chateau Ferrand is only sold when ready for drinking - and we are quite rare in holding stocks of older wines that are now superb. Clean in the attack with smooth tannins, garnet colour and an intense nose of ripe fruit and spice, it then develops very ripe red fruit, blackcurrant, raspberry and blueberry notes and a lingering, elegant finish. 82% Merlot 13% Cabernet Franc 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
