Corte Adami Valpolicella DOC Superiore 2019 is a fantastic Valpolicella Superiore from the incredibly consistent producer Corte Adami. Corte Adami Valpolicella wine is produced using the traditional grape varieties of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. A lightish red - maybe than you would expect - but it is not light in flavour. This wine is round with wonderful mellowness showing ripe red fruit aromas followed by subtle hints of minerals and spices. From San Martino in the Village of Ferrazze - rich clay and calcium. A lovely red that goes really well with pork and lamb dishes and also light game, chicken and red meat dishes.
