Cranswick `Lakefield` Chardonnay is a really lovely Australian Chardonnay. This wine is a flavoursome and citrussy Chardonnay with hints of tropical melon. It has fresh tropical and stone fruit notes on the nose, with some melon and pineapple freshness on the palate. Young, fresh, and exhibiting a lovely level of dryness. It has lots of flavour and a tingly fresh aftertaste. The Cranswick Estate was created in 1991 as a result of a buy-out of Diageo`s bulk winemaking facility in the Riverina region of New South Wales in Australia. Cranswick Estate has established a good reputation for producing a broad range of wines which are excellent quality and superb value for money.
