Azienda Agricola Il Botolo Barbera D`Asti DOCG 2019 is a brand new addition to our portfolio. This Barbera is from the wonderful Azienda Agricola of Il Botolo in Monferrato in Piemonte. New and lovely traditional Barbera - it is ruby red in colour with a fresh intense aroma, rich and pleasing in the mouth with loads of fresh medium bodied fruit. Smooth and long lasting with a long aftertaste. Hand harvest and 5 Months in stainless steel and at least 2 Months in bottle. Goes wonderfully well with most lighter meats, cheeses and of course pasta! Il Botolo Azienda Agricola is a family owned boutique Estate winery, founded in 2007 by Roberto de Silva who combined his love of Monferrato, its history, its culture and its infinite rolling hills, and his dream and passion to create wonderfully high quality wines.
