Produced from Cortese grapes from a small block of old vines grown on an outcrop of iron-rich (Terrarossa) clay soil which gives structure and minerality to the wine. The colour is an intense straw-yellow with greenish flecks. It has an excellent structure and minerality, fine and complex to the nose with scents of pink grapefruit and pear. Round, fresh with a certain persistence to the palate. Matches perfectly with fish and fish starters, as well as raw meat and fresh goat cheese. BIODYNAMIC.
