This almost 50 / 50 blend of Grenache and Syrah is full of dark forest flavours, cacao, liquorice and black pepper. Very well balanced with a long finish trebuchet. This wine was matured in oak barrels, which gives it a pleasant roundness and suppleness trebuchet. It can be kept, but can also be enjoyed now with stew, or a nice beef bourguignon.
